Online Security
Maple Grove Baptist Church (MGBC) has arranged for online giving and payment for certain events through Payscape Advisors, a secure, PCI Compliant Service Provider.  Payscape enables us to accept donations and payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit card.  MGBC does not collect bank or credit card information to save on our servers, and no MGBC staff has access to that information. 

Donor Receipting
Your giving records at MGBC are confidential, and only a few key Finance personnel have access to that information.  We send out giving statements to your current address on file at least annually (by January 31st as required by law).  If you desire a giving statement at any other time, please call the church office and request one.
MGBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible, as allowable by law. Donors are advised to contact their legal, financial, tax, or other professional regarding any tax deductibility questions. 

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to MGBC.  We never disclose to any third parties, personal or business information as a result of your visits to this website or information that you may voluntarily provide to us. This includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, or phone number. All personal information is used for our Church's internal purposes only to enhance services and activities. Ensuring the confidentiality of site visitors and donors is of utmost importance.
We provide this privacy policy as a statement of our commitment to protect your personal information. If you have submitted information through our website and would like that information revised or deleted, please call the church office at 502-964-0808.
MGBC reserves the right to make changes in this policy. Any material changes to privacy policy practices will be published accordingly. We encourage site visitors to periodically review this policy.

Refund Policy
On this website MGBC may collect fees associated with event registrations and/or supplies associated with those events. Occasionally someone may require a refund. All refund requests will be directed to our Finance Team for processing. You may submit a refund request to the church secretary by contacting the church office by phone (502) 964-0808 or through email at Refund decisions will be based on several factors relating to the transaction you are requesting a refund for. These could include the following:
1. Did MGBC incur expense to secure your participation in the event that we are unable to reclaim?
2. Was the event noted as non-refundable? 
Decisions to override this policy are reserved to the Church Finance Team
